These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we provide our entertainment services, including face painting, glitter bars, walking glitter bars, and other party services (“Services”). They are designed to protect both you, our valued client, and our professional artists. Please read carefully.

By using our website www.peacockglitz.com (the “Website”) or booking Services through any means provided by Peacock Glitz Entertainment (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms, which form the legal agreement between you and us (“Agreement”).

1. User Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all Services provided or arranged by Peacock Glitz Entertainment. This includes appointments, events, and other entertainment services.

1.2 By using the Website or booking Services with us, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use our Website or book Services.

1.3 These Terms govern your use of our Website, mobile applications, social media platforms, and any other channel we may offer in the future.

1.4 If you make a booking for someone else, you are responsible for ensuring that person complies with these Terms and the Appointment Conditions. You accept responsibility for their conduct.

1.5 We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Website. Continued use of our Website or Services after changes have been posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Registration

2.1 Registration is not required to access the Website or make a booking.

2.2 To request a quote or book a Service, you must provide your full name, postal address, email address, phone number, and a minimum deposit of 50%. Additional information may be requested for larger or more complex events.

2.3 All personal information you provide will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.

3. Bookings and Payment

3.1 Bookings require a minimum deposit of 50% to secure your chosen Services.

3.2 Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your booking and assign a professional artist to your event. A booking confirmation email will be sent, containing details of your appointment, artist, and any preparation instructions.

3.4 Full payment is due prior to the date of the Appointment. Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms.

3.5 Prices for Services may change, but any confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed price.

3.6 For events requiring multiple artists or extended hours, additional deposits may be required to secure the booking.

4. Appointments

4.1 Appointments are scheduled at the agreed time and location.

4.2 We are responsible for providing Services as described and ensuring the artist assigned meets our professional standards.

4.3 The artist will bring all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies required for the Services, unless otherwise agreed.

4.4 Please provide a safe and suitable space for the Services. Failure to do so may affect the quality of the Service and could result in liability for any damage or injury.

4.5 Artists may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up.

5. Complaints and Disputes

5.1 If you have a complaint regarding your Appointment, you must notify us within 24 hours of the event. Include any relevant visual evidence.

5.2 We will assess complaints fairly. If a refund is warranted, we may use withheld funds from the artist’s fee to provide partial or full compensation.

5.3 Failure to provide evidence or cooperate may result in the Booking Fee being released to the artist.

5.4 Complaints regarding behavior, quality of Service, or health and safety will be addressed promptly and professionally.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 If a professional cancels or fails to attend your event, and we cannot provide a suitable replacement, you will receive a full refund within 48 hours.

6.2 Partial refunds may be provided in the event of late arrival or minor issues, and will be agreed between you and us based on the circumstances.

6.3 Refunds for client cancellations:

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 50% refund of total booking fee

  • Cancel less than 7 days: no refund for the remaining balance

6.4 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method wherever possible.

6.5 For large events or multiple bookings, cancellation terms may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Your Obligations

You agree to:

  • Follow Appointment Conditions

  • Treat artists and their property with respect

  • Behave appropriately (no offensive, illegal, or unsafe behavior)

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Ensure a safe environment for the Services

  • Not contact artists directly for future bookings until confirmed

7.1 You may be held liable for any damage or injury caused by failing to provide a safe environment.

7.2 You agree not to act in any way that could harm the reputation or business of Peacock Glitz Entertainment.

8. Professional Obligations

Our artists must:

  • Deliver Services to a high standard following our hygiene and safety guidelines

  • Arrive on time and provide Services as described

  • Represent Peacock Glitz Entertainment professionally

  • Disclose relevant health or allergy information

  • Act courteously and professionally at all times

  • Not solicit bookings from clients outside of Peacock Glitz Entertainment

8.1 Artists may not promote themselves, share contact details, or distribute marketing materials during or after Appointments.

8.2 Artists are required to remain at the Appointment for at least 20 minutes after the start time before the event can be considered cancelled.

9. Termination and Suspension

9.1 We may suspend your account or an artist’s account if these Terms are breached.

9.2 We may terminate this Agreement if:

  • You breach any Term

  • You are suspected of breaching a Term

  • You become insolvent or are likely to

9.3 Upon termination, you cannot use our Website or book Services. Prepaid bookings may be refunded at our discretion.

10. Liability and Indemnity

10.1 You agree to indemnify Peacock Glitz Entertainment against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your breach of Appointment Conditions

  • Your actions related to the Services, Website, or bookings

10.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, opportunity, or reputation.

10.3 Responsibility for Service quality lies with the professional artist.

11. Health & Safety

11.1 All Services are designed to meet high health and safety standards.

11.2 You agree to follow any safety guidance provided before or during the Appointment.

11.3 Artists may refuse to provide Services if they believe the environment is unsafe.

12. Privacy and Data

12.1 We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Personal information is collected only for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.

12.3 By providing personal data, you consent to its use for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.

13. General Terms

13.1 These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

13.2 Notices may be sent via email or post as specified in your booking.

13.3 If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains effective.

13.4 Delay or failure to enforce a Term is not a waiver of rights.

13.5 This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Peacock Glitz Entertainment.

13.6 Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to provide Services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
